Three Weeks in Paris by Barbara Taylor Bradford

01 Oct

Seven years have passed since former friends Alexandra Gordon, Kay Lenox, Jessica Pierce, and Maria Franconi graduated from the Anya Sedgwick School of Decorative Arts in Paris. However, none of them has forgotten the feud that divided them. They are successful in the fields they have chosen, thanks to Anya’s tutelage, but they are all troubled by their love lives.

A slow pace with a lot of internal dialogue and reflection. Dense prose. The characters are well-developed with lots of background information provided. Paris sets the tone of the book-no matter where the characters are currently located-nostalgia for the city of lights is key. 2002, 323 pages.
