Lily escaped a serial killer while in college only to build walls, imagined and real, around her to keep her safe. When her parents are murdered and it ruled as a suicide, she knows her attacker is plotting against her. With an intense case of agoraphobia, Lily relies on local police for protection, including Marco-a strong man that makes her think that her walls might be keeping more than just harm from her life.
A quick read with zippy sex scenes. The plot is meant to be intense, but it is mostly laughable. There is little character development, less flow and I do not recommend. Lots of typos. 2003, 320 pages.
