Home to Harmony by Philip Gulley

19 Sep

Pastor Sam Gardner has lived in Harmony his whole life but that doesn’t make his new job of leading the Quaker church in town any easier. As in most small towns, Harmony is full of quirky characters that come to life with Gardner’s narration.

Faith-based fiction, this first title in the Harmony series, focuses on the Quaker religion and its beliefs. There is a leisurely pace to reading this book, almost as you can imagine life is like in Harmony. Nothing too bad ever happens and day to day living is simple. 2000, 219 pages.
